Coaching Sessions Refund Policy:
- Full refund minus 10% processing fee available within 3 days post-session.
- Full refund minus 15% processing fee available within 4 to 30 days post-session.
Canselling Coaching Sessions Refund Policy: (please read carefully)
- Cancelling 5 days prior the coaching session is fully refunded.
- 10% processing fee applies when cancelling less than 5 days prior to the coaching session date.
Rescheduling Coaching Sessions Policy: (please read carefully)
- Rescheduling of the coaching sessions is free of charge up to 2 times in row.
- Rescheduling of the coaching sessions more than 2 times in row comes with 10% processing fee.
